At the beginning of every appointment there is a consultation to understand the style desired and an evaluation in coordination to what look will work best with your eye shape & what is healthy for your natural lashes to sustain. Do extensions damage my natural lashes?
Can they? YES. Should they? NO.
With proper application + aftercare, extensions should not be harmful to your natural lashes. Maintaining normal
cleaning, scheduling regular fills, all together avoiding touching or pulling your lashes, the only lash loss you should see should be from your natural shedding cycle.
Can i apply mascara to the extensions?
Eyelash extensions are designed to give your natural lashes an improved look of fullness so mascara is not recommended. However, water-based mascara is recommended for those who feel the need especially nearing time for the next refill.
Do not perm, curl or tint the extensions.
How do i dry my extensions?
After cleaning your lashes, use a lint free cloth and gently press against the lashes on the top and bottom with your eyes closed; this will pick up a majority of the water. Use a small fan or a blow dryer on the low blow, cool setting to separate the lashes and help them keep shape. Do not brush lashes with wand when wet. Comb after completely drying them & watch all the fluff come back!
Can i swim, shower and workout with the extensions?
Yes! After the adhesive is fully cured to the lash after the 24-48 hour period you may get them wet. Avoid steam and saunas completely, which can deteriorate the bond. After you swim or workout, it is recommended to clean the extensions to rid of salt, natural oils and pollution which can cause the extensions to dirty. Don’t be scared to get them wet! Especially when cleaning them.
How do i take care of my eyelash extensions?
Avoid getting lashes wet for first 24-48 hours after the appointment
Remove all makeup with oil free cleanser + follow up with lash wash
Wash extensions daily, especially after working out
Do not perm or curl
Do not use mascara, avoid makeup as much as possible
Comb daily and only when dry
Sleep on your back (ask about a contoured sleep mask if you’re a crazy sleeper)
No saunas or steam
Do not touch, pick or pull at the extensions. You may cause damage to your lashes this way by breaking them. Your fingers also have natural oils that can break the adhesive bond.
How do i clean my extensions?
The most important part of getting extensions is the aftercare. It is necessary that you clean your extensions every day if not every other day.
If you’re someone that uses face makeup, use an oil free makeup remover to take product off of your lid and under-eye and follow up with your lash cleanser to rid any residue from the makeup remover. Common misconception will lead you to believe it is safe to use most oil free products- it is not. Most “oil free” cleansers DO still contain glycol; which will break down the bond of the extensions. Use a foaming lash cleanser and a fluffy eyeshadow brush to rid of sweat, makeup, dirt and oils in your lashes. Not washing your lashes may result in bad retention, oils and dirt breaking down the glue and extensions bonding and can result in damaging your natural lashes. Plus- clean lashes mean longer fills!
What is the difference between a full set and fill?
A fill is when you have approximately 40% of your lashes left, outgrown ones are removed & replaced with new ones after clean up. If you can count your extensions, you probably need a full set. Any appointment after 3 weeks is considered a full set.
How do i remove extensions?
It is vital that if you decide to remove the extensions that you do see a professional. A cream remover is applied to the extensions which breaks down the glue in about 15 minutes. Once the adhesive is dissolved the extensions are gently wiped away with lint free applicators exposing the natural lashes. The remover is washed off + you will be good to go!

Please communicate any concerns within a 48 hour period. Refunds are not offered + all sales are final. I am more than happy to fix or remove the lashes free of cost within the first two days. If concerns are not communicated within the allotted time, I am not able to perform this courtesy service.
What if my extensions fall out fast?
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that your lashes will last 2-3 weeks. Anything and everything affects lash extensions. After 48 hours, if you are having trouble keeping your lashes on, it is important to communicate this. The adhesive is very strong + there's no reason they should just pop off.
